Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AAKG)

AAKG contains amino acid compound that server as a vasodilator, meaning it increases the size of blood vesseis allowing more oxygen, blood and nutrients to be delivered to the working muscles which in turn increases muscular pump and vascularity. AAKG helps to build muscle by travelling through multiple pathways in the body and also aids muscle recovery and tissue repair.

Suggested Use: Dissolve 3g of Musclemantra AAKG (1 serving) in 200ml of water or juice. Do not exceed the maximum of 1 serving daily. On workout days, take 1 dose 15 minutes prior to your workout, take your second dose at least 4 hours before or after your first dose. On non-workout days time your doses at least 4 hours apart.
